Second year since planted and covered in bloom. Somebody suggested the blooms should be removed to strengthen such a young tree...... seems a bit harsh! Any advice appreciated.
Nice buds on the blossom. Not too familiar with growing apples but I can see the logic in the advice, as the branches will be quite thin and if too much blossom results in too many apples then it would just be too heavy for the branch to support it and it would snap or break. Maybe that’s it 🤔
