This is one of the many reasons why I love using Erysimum 'Bowles mauve' in many of my gardens as well as my own. It flowers every month of the year and provides a much needed shot of colour on these short grey winter days. If you plant this is your garden the bees and butterflies will love you for it as it is a great food source for them year round. Hi @moonflower it does amazingly well in our British summers and flowers profusely if you keep dead heading. I'm not 100% sure how well it would do in prolonged heat but give it a go it's am awesome plant. 👍👍
