No, go for it! Just be careful when you plant it in soil during late summer as young avocado plants can't uptake water too well, so don't overwater.

And use organic avocados, they're best in my experience 👍 @porto

I just googled it! I soak them deep in water until the base cracks and the root descends an inch, then readjust the cocktail sticks so it sits with just the root tip in water. Good luck! @porto
