@gjones @columbiariver they are planted in full sun and all the plants have buds but they all dried up except this one. I thinks it's my learning curve. They are either too young as they were transplants in late fall. Or I should have fed them this spring; which I didn't. Or they are planted by the driveway blacktop and they need more water than the other peonies in the yard. Any advise?
