Rain1273

I'm just trying to overcome the brown thumb I inherited from my mom. So far, only cacti and other succulents have survived me.

Are ants bad for peonies? And how do I keep them upright in bloom?

Amdro makes a good product to get rid of ants it’s a granular product just spread around ants make sure it’s not going to rain and dogs will want to eat it. But those ants will kill your plant. I’d buy a small trellis to help hold up your plants😊💕

Here's a good article to read about ants and peonies. They don't actually hurt them, they are beneficial and will eat insects that are harmful to peonies. Plus ants love the nectar from the blossoms. https://www.diynetwork.com/how-to/outdoors/gardening/peonies-and-ants
