I was at a garden centre today and they had a abundence of Amaryllis bulbs for sale, I couldn’t chose which ones to buy.

I'd say that was worth the wait! Holy moly! It's amazing!

I’ll be back there soon if I know myself and then I might buy some. I went there to buy tulip bulbs, it got rather expensive.😁

Oh I know the feeling @ulrikagustafsson I always have one thing in mind but end up emptying my purse with tempting flower bulbs 😄

It’s the same story everytime I go to any place that sells plants or something like it.😊

I divided most of the bulbs last year and separated them into different pots. I still have a few small ones which are still green and producing new leaves but no buds. Maybe they’re a bit slow 😅 but I’m happy with this year’s display nevertheless 😄 @jeatacake

You've certainly done very well with them 👍 I was surprised to see this one only just flowering now, so I'd be absolutely amazed if any of those others did this year too, but you never know!

I love the different areas I’m creating in the garden for different plants. I kept half the pots in the area under the grapevine until late in spring. It was shady and cool so they thought spring came a bit late 😂 when I finally moved them to the front terrace, they reacted accordingly ☀️🌸 it was just luck and experimenting 🤣 @jeatacake

And a lot of good intuition too I'd say 👍😉

@janric They're indoor for us if we want them to flower quickly because the nights are kinda chilly and there's this eastern wind that dries everything up at the beginning of spring so you have to keep them in 😇 I usually just keep them tucked behind the house 🏡 😅
