@wagsmomthom hi , my wisteria in uk and thus one In 🇫🇷 both flower twice , the one in England sometimes three times . The main flowering takes place before the leaves arrive , then it flowers to a lesser degree about a month after the leaves arrive, then usually again mid summer but again with less flowers . That's the blue/ lilac one . I gave started a white one now . Not sure if that will do the same . Great value plant ! 😀
