How long does this stay in flower hand what conditions does it like . I have a very hot south facing garden and extreme winds in winter.

It seems to bloom suddenly and I don't expect it to last for too long. The wind tends to take the flowers off.

Does look stunning but only flowers for a few weeks before putting out masses of greenery! I have the plant roots in a shady spot but the growth gets full sun - when we have any :)
