Climbing hydrangea coming back to life #newgrowth #buds #petiolaris #climbinghydrangea
Yours is definitely further on than mine.
I noticed mine was waking up as well. Way too early!
I bought one in Autumn that was full of buds. I had one in my other garden and the buds were here at this time of year @DeborahBanks @ublaszko
Mine is usually like that in February @jaynehynesburton
They start growing though Urszula the year before don't they. That one I bought last Autumn was in the sick bay for a couple of pounds and it's a new variety, I was chuffed, you watch now, it will probably curl up and croak it 😂 @ublaszko
😂😂 My hydrangea has already started growing new leaves and I bet it's going to snow in a couple of weeks @jaynehynesburton
Everything seems to be coming to life, itās been quite mild here thereās been hardly any frosts & Iāve noticed green & white flies are already out & about in the garden. Iām sure Iāve just tempted fate 😬🥶🌨āļøāļø@DeborahBanks @ublaszko @jaynehynesburton
I don't think aphids have hone away yet in our parts. They've done a number on my honeysuckle which I didn't spray as I assumed the cold would kill off the baddies.
Yes so far weāve not had that cold snap to kill them off @ublaszko
Lovely detail in these photos.
