This was a piece of the ginger that sprouted and so I put it in a pot and its hopefully going to produce roots😊

Oh thats my next mission.... I have bought some ginger pieces to plant lol... My lemongrass seems to be working so i'm hopeful 😊 I read that the leaves that grow from the ginger are edible too 😊

@juliesgarden all I did was fill the pot with some bought compost and mixed it with some of our own compost binged it in and left it outside😊

@joolzd1970 I found it very easy Julie to grow see above😊

I think that will be a mission for Thursday... Need to get some more compost though lol
